Bergamot Essential Oil

• When applied topically, it can be effective against painful cysts and pimples as well as reducing inflammation.
• When diffused, it can relieve anxiety and nausea.
• Powerful surface cleaner.
• Can improve and boost mood.

Topical: Apply 2−4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution required. Use as needed.

Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.

Before using perform a small patch test on your inner forearm or back. Apply a small quantity of diluted essential oil and cover with a bandage. If you experience any irritation use carrier oil or cream to further dilute the essential oil, and then wash with soap and water. If no irritation occurs after 48 hours it is safe to use on your skin.
